Final Heel Shaping & Outsole Test Fit | Women’s Woven Loafer Production

Final Shaping & Structural Locking – Women’s Woven Leather Loafer

In this final stage, the rear leather section is carefully shaped to fully adapt to the last. This is where structure becomes permanent.

Process Breakdown with Key Moments

00:00 – The heel area is examined before final forming.

00:08 – Controlled pressure with pliers begins shaping the rear leather section, ensuring it follows the exact contour of the last.

00:20 – The leather is laid smoothly into position to eliminate folds and tension imbalance.

00:34 – The upper is hammered thoroughly to secure full contact with the insole. Proper bonding at this stage prevents internal air gaps.

00:48 – Surface contact is reinforced to increase long-term durability and structural strength.

01:00 – The outsole is test-fitted to confirm alignment and balance before final attachment.

01:15 – Final inspection of form, heel contour, and overall symmetry.

01:25 – The completed women’s woven leather loafer is revealed — shaped, stabilized, and ready for finishing.

Why This Stage Matters

Rear shaping defines heel stability. Hammer bonding secures structural integrity. Outsole testing confirms alignment accuracy before permanent assembly.

This stage transforms preparation into a finished structural form.
