Handcrafted in Istanbul — real production starts with precision cutting. In this video, we showcase the industrial sole cutting stage in women’s footwear manufacturing. Each sole is shaped from raw TPU sheets using controlled pressure and exact alignment before sanding, carving, and finishing processes.

Process Breakdown — Key Moments

00:00 – Raw sole placement on the cutting table. Here the base material is positioned for accurate press engagement.

00:04 – Hydraulic press alignment ensures the sheet is perfectly centered and ready for cutting.

00:08 – Clean pressure cut begins — the machine blade slices through the TPU sheet smoothly under controlled force.

00:14 – Precision edge release confirms that the sole retains accurate shape and dimensions.

00:18 – Repetition for batch production: consistent cuts are created for each unit in the batch.

00:22 – Final shaped sole stack reveal shows uniform pieces awaiting the next manufacturing stages.
