We select only the finest calf leathers for our men's collection. To maintain industrial-grade accuracy, we utilize **laser cutting technology**. This ensures that the "saya" (upper) pieces are cut with zero margin of error, allowing for a seamless fit once they reach the stitching and assembly phase.
## 3. The Traditional Hand-Lasting Process
This is where the shoe finds its soul. Using specialized **lasting pincers**, our masters pull the leather over the last with immense tension. This "hand-lasting" technique is what gives the shoe its sharp, permanent silhouette that won't sag or lose shape over time.
## 4. Advanced Sole Bonding and Pressure
For our premium soles, we use a meticulous bonding process. After treating the surfaces with a **special solvent**, we apply heat-activated cement. The shoe and sole are then unified under high pressure in our **sole press**, ensuring a bond that is built to last a lifetime.
## 5. The Final Set and Luxury Finish
The shoes are allowed to **cool completely on the last** to lock in their professional form. Once removed, they undergo a rigorous cleaning and polishing process to achieve that signature high-gloss artisan finish before they are ready for export.
