The Anatomical Preparation: Skiving and Shaping

Quality begins with how the leather treats the skin. Our production starts with a high-pressure press for a perfect cut, but the real zanaat (craft) is in the skiving. We utilize a specialized V-shaped blade to meticulously shave the inner edges of the leather. This anatomical adjustment ensures that any part of the sandal touching the foot is smooth and rounded, eliminating the risk of abrasion or "bite." Furthermore, we use a straight flat blade to thin the leather at all overlap points. By reducing the thickness where straps cross over, we maintain a slim, high-end silhouette while preserving the hide's immense tensile strength.

Stitchless Structural Integrity & Oval Hardware Mastery

We believe in the purity of leather. Our design is stitchless, relying on structural engineering rather than thread. We use percussive "bird-eye" punches to create slots for our rivets (troks). The straps are aligned with absolute precision through these holes. To secure the build, we employ a custom-engineered apparatus that clinches the rivet caps while carefully preserving their original oval curvature. Unlike mass-produced footwear where rivets are flattened and lose their luster, our process ensures the hardware remains elegant, mirroring the high-quality buckle assembly and providing a jewelry-like finish.

Sole Friction Engineering & Vintage Finishing

The inner sole is the heart of comfort. Using thick, premium leather, we punch slots exactly to the strap's width. A critical technical step follows: we manually sand the smooth grain of the leather sole. This creates a micro-texture that is essential for anti-slip performance. Once sanded, we apply a vintage-effect dye by hand. This not only gives the sandal its unique, aged character but also ensures that the foot stays secure and doesn't slide during movement—a detail often ignored in commercial factories.

Thermal Bonding & Precision Finishing

The final fusion of the sandal is a chemical and thermal science. After hand-lasting the leather onto the shoe form, the EVA outsole is cleaned with a specialized solvent. We apply a heat-activated adhesive to both the sole and the leather base. After exposure to intense high heat, the components are fused in a high-pressure press, creating an inseparable bond. The excess material is hand-trimmed with a blade, and the edges are machine-sanded to a mirror-smooth finish, followed by a final polish and de-lasting.

Echte Handarbeit zeigt sich im Detail. Wir verwenden ein V-förmiges Messer, um die Innenseiten des Leders an den Kontaktstellen zum Fuß zu schärfen. Dies verhindert jegliche Reibung. Mit einem Flachmesser werden die Stellen, an denen das Leder überlappt, präzise ausgedünnt. So bleibt die Sandale flach und elegant, ohne an Stabilität zu verlieren – ein entscheidendes Merkmal für unsere Großhandelskunden, die Qualität suchen.

Nahtlose Konstruktion & Oval-Trok-Technik

Unsere "nahtlose" Konstruktion nutzt die Stärke des Vollleders. Die Riemen werden durch exakt gestanzte Schlitze geführt und mit speziellen Troks (Nieten) fixiert. Ein eigens entwickeltes Werkzeug sorgt dafür, dass die Köpfe der Nieten ihre ovale Wölbung behalten und nicht flachgedrückt werden. Dies bewahrt die luxuriöse Optik der Beschläge und Schnallen.

Sohlentechnik & Rutschfestigkeit

Um das Rutschen des Fußes auf der glatten Brandsohle zu vermeiden, wird die Oberfläche von Hand geschliffen. Das anschließende Auftragen einer Vintage-Farbe sorgt für einen authentischen Look und erhöht gleichzeitig die Griffigkeit. Ein technischer Schritt, der Handwerk von Massenware unterscheidet.

Thermische Fusion & Finish

Leder und EVA-Sohle werden mit hitzeaktiviertem Kleber bestrichen und nach starker Hitzeeinwirkung unter Hochdruck verpresst. Die Kanten werden maschinell geglättet und poliert, bevor jede Sandale nach der Endkontrolle versandfertig gemacht wird.

Préparation Anatomique et Parement

Le confort commence par l'amincissement. Nous utilisons une lame en V pour parer les bords intérieurs en contact avec le pied, éliminant tout risque d'irritation. Une lame plate permet d'affiner les zones de chevauchement, garantissant une silhouette fine et luxueuse tout en préservant la robustesse structurelle du cuir épais de première qualité.

Ingénierie Sans Couture & Finition des Rivets

Nos sandales sont conçues sans couture. Nous utilisons des emporte-pièces pour créer des fentes précises. Les lanières sont fixées avec un appareil spécialisé qui préserve la forme ovale des rivets (troks), assurant un fini esthétique haut de gamme qui ne s'aplatit pas au montage, complétant parfaitement la boucle.

Semelle et Adhérence Anti-Dérapante

Une semelle lisse peut glisser. C'est pourquoi nous ponçons manuellement le grain du cuir pour créer une micro-texture. Une teinture à effet vieilli est ensuite appliquée pour donner du caractère tout en assurant la friction nécessaire pour maintenir le pied en place en toute sécurité.

Fusion Thermique & Finition

La semelle EVA et le cuir sont nettoyés au solvant, encollés avec un adhésif activé par la chaleur, puis fusionnés sous presse haute pression. Les bords sont ensuite polis à la machine pour un rendu lisse comme un miroir avant la mise en boîte.
